Betting Rules

General Betting Rules

These Rules govern all bets placed with Pin Up. By wagering, you acknowledge and accept these Rules and any event-specific terms published on the platform. Pin Up reserves the right to amend the Rules at any time, with amendments taking effect immediately upon posting. It is the Customer’s responsibility to review the Rules before placing bets. All information provided by Pin Up is given in good faith; Pin Up makes no warranty as to accuracy, completeness or timeliness and accepts no liability for errors or omissions.

Bets, Markets and Settlement

A Market is a defined wagering proposition offered on an Event. Bets are settled in accordance with these Rules and any applicable Market-specific rules. If an Event begins earlier than the listed start time, bets placed before the actual start time remain valid; bets placed after the start time are void unless the Market is explicitly designated for Live betting.

  • Prices and odds are subject to change during the course of an Event. A pricing error may be corrected or the affected bets may be void at Pin Up’s discretion.
  • Parlay (accumulator) bets or bets linked to multiple contingencies within the same Event may be void if the outcome of one component affects another.
  • In the event of conflicting information between official results and data displayed on the platform, official results prevail. In the absence of an official result, Pin Up will rely on best available evidence, and the Company’s decision is final.

Maximum and minimum bet levels, as well as potential winnings, vary by Market and Event. It is the Customer’s responsibility to confirm applicable limits for each bet.

Live Betting and In-Play Rules

Live betting allows wagers after an Event has commenced. Prices on Live markets can move rapidly and unpredictably. Pin Up may suspend, limit, or void bets in live trading where circumstances arise that affect market integrity or where data feeds are incomplete or delayed. Bets placed using live data are accepted at the Customer’s own risk, recognizing that live feeds may be delayed by a third-party provider.

  • Some markets may not be available for Live wagering, and odd fluctuations do not guarantee eventual settlement at the quoted price.
  • Time of acceptance and the order in which bets are recorded govern settlement. Pin Up may apply timer-based acceptance in particular situations, at its sole discretion.

Event Start, Postponements, Abandonments and Venue Changes

If an Event does not begin on the scheduled start date or within 12 hours of the scheduled start time and is not completed within the originally scheduled timeframe, all bets on that Event will be void. If an Event is postponed for more than 24 hours, bets may be void unless the result has already been determined as of the time of postponement. Abandonments or suspensions followed by no resumption within 36 hours will render unsettled bets void, except for bets with outcomes already determined at abandonment.

  • If a Venue, Opponent, or advertised matchup is incorrect on the platform, bets may be void at Pin Up’s discretion.
  • For non-team Events or where applicable, if the scheduled venue changes, bets remain valid unless specified otherwise by Market rules.

Results, Settlement and Evidence

Settlement is based on the official results published by the relevant governing bodies or, where applicable, the event organizers’ official communications. If no official result is available, settlement will be made using the most reliable evidence available at the time of settlement. The Company may rely on video recordings in case of disputes to determine the correct result. If a discrepancy exists between the official result and results posted on the platform, the Company’s decision, supported by available evidence, is final.

  • Dead Heat: If two or more competitors are declared winners, the stake is divided equally among the number of winners, and odds apply to each resulting share.
  • Settlement timing may be accelerated for customer service purposes; the Company reserves the right to reverse settlement in the event of an error or miscalculation.
  • Bets inadvertently accepted after an Event has finished will be void unless specifically allowed under a Live or In-Run provision.

Disputes and Complaints

Any dispute regarding a bet should be raised promptly through Customer Services. The decision of the Pin Up Trading team is binding, with final resolution resting with the Head of Sportsbook where applicable. Claims must be raised within a reasonable period after settlement and will be subject to internal review procedures.

Responsible Gaming

Pin Up supports responsible gaming. Customers may set voluntary limits on deposits or wagers and may request self-exclusion in accordance with policy. Age and identity verification procedures are in place to prevent participation by minors. If you have concerns about gaming activity, contact support for guidance and resources.

Privacy, Data and Cookies

Pin Up processes personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws. The platform uses cookies to improve user experience and deliver personalized services. Changes to Rules

Pin Up may modify these Rules at any time. Amendments become effective immediately upon posting and apply to bets placed after posting. Customers are responsible for reviewing Rules prior to wagering. Where relevant, event-specific terms will govern over these general Rules.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Rules, and all wagering activities conducted on the Pin Up platform, are governed by the applicable law under which Pin Up operates. Any disputes shall be resolved within the courts of the jurisdiction corresponding to the licensing authority applicable to Pin Up.
