Bonus Rules

1. Scope and Definitions

These Bonus Terms and Conditions govern promotional offers issued by Pin Up (the asino). They operate alongside the General Terms and Conditions and any specific terms attached to a given promotion. Where there is a discrepancy between language versions, the English version prevails. Offers are typically limited to one promotion per player per household, shared computer or shared IP address, email address, telephone number, or payment method, unless otherwise stated. Pin Up reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion and to determine eligibility in cases of suspected abuse or fraud.

2. Balance Management: Cash and Bonus Balances

When you make a deposit, funds are placed on a Cash Balance. Any promotional Bonus is placed on a Bonus Balance. Credits from the Bonus Balance will transfer to the Cash Balance only after you have satisfied the wagering requirements applicable to the bonus. You may use your Bonus Balance to place bets on the casino, but you may not withdraw funds from the Bonus Balance. Withdrawal of funds is only permitted from the Cash Balance, and you will not be able to withdraw from the Cash Balance while a Bonus Balance remains active. You may withdraw from the Cash Balance only when the Bonus Balance is at zero.

3. Activation, Opting In and Changes

Participation in promotions may require opt-in. You may opt out of promotional messaging at any time. Pin Up reserves the right to amend or terminate any offer and to amend terms for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons. If amendments occur, you will be notified where feasible, and the most current terms will apply to active offers.

4. Wagering Requirements and Contribution Model

Wagering (playthrough) requirements apply to Bonus Funds and determine when Bonus Balance becomes withdrawable cash. The default wagering requirement is 40 times the bonus amount, unless a promotion states otherwise. Some offers may specify higher requirements (e.g., 50x) or lower requirements for certain bonus categories. Wagering requirements are calculated based on eligible bets and can vary by game type as follows:

• Slots and video slots: 100% eligible for wagering.
• Video poker: 20% of the wagered amount contributes toward wagering.
• Table games and live dealer games: 5% contribution.
• Other games: 0% contribution unless stated otherwise in the offer.

Wagering contributions are calculated only on settled bets. If a bet uses both Cash and Bonus Balance (a mixed bet), all winnings are credited to the Bonus Balance until wagering is completed.

Maximum bonus bets: when wagering with a Bonus, no single bet may exceed the stated cap (for example, 10 EUR/CHF/CAD per bet or the equivalent, unless an offer specifies a different cap). The cost of a bonus buy or feature buy is treated as the total stake for the round, not the base game stake.

5. Validity, Expiry and Forfeiture

Bonuses expire as specified in the offer terms. General terms typically require active bonuses to be wagered within 30 days of issue; free spins often have shorter windows (commonly 7 days for activation and 7 days to use, with related withdrawal limits). If wagering requirements are not fulfilled within the applicable period, the bonus funds and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

6. Free Spins and Associated Winnings

Free spins, when offered, are credited either immediately upon claim or after a qualifying deposit. Winnings from free spins are credited to the Cash Balance and may be withdrawn subject to any applicable withdrawal limits. Common limits include a maximum withdrawal from free spins (e.g., up to 300 EUR or the equivalent in other currencies). Free spins are typically valid for a defined period (commonly 7 days) and unused spins or their winnings may expire. Some offers require that deposits linked to free spins have wagering applied to slots before withdrawal eligibility arises. If you withdraw before using or activating all free spins, any unactivated free spins may be canceled.

7. Instant Bonuses and Reload Promotions

From time to time, Pin Up may issue instant or goodwill bonuses on a case-by-case basis. The maximum win from such bonuses may be capped (for example, not to exceed 20 times the released bonus amount). Reload bonuses may be offered when there is no pending withdrawal; unless the specific offer states otherwise, general bonus terms apply. Instant bonuses, free spins, or cash promotions issued outside standard Welcome offers are subject to the same wagering and game-contribution rules as other bonuses unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

8. Welcome Offer

The Welcome Offer is described in the current promotional terms as a match bonus on the first deposit, together with free spins. Typical structure includes a match of 100% up to a specified cap and accompanying free spins credited with the first deposit. Free spins are tied to a particular game or category and have their own expiry and wagering rules. All unused bonus funds expire after the stated period, and free spins expire within the period specified for the offer. In certain cases, affiliates may promote alternative Welcome Offers; if you claim an affiliate-exclusive Welcome Offer, you may not be eligible for the standard Welcome Offer displayed on the main site.

9. Jackpots and Progressive Prizes

Jackpot amounts displayed on the site are informational; the game window reflects the real-time amount. When a jackpot is won, the server-side jackpot is paid. Progressive jackpot payouts may incur extended processing times for very large prizes (for example, where the win is at or above EUR 50,000). The exact payout timing is determined by the server, and display updates may lag briefly behind the awarded amount.

10. Restrictions, Limits and Not Available Information

Minimum deposits to participate in promotions are defined per offer (commonly 20 EUR / CHF / CAD). Some promotions have time-limited claim windows (often 24 hours) and specific validity periods (often 30 days for the overall promotion). 11. Bonus Abuse, Misuse and Compliance

Abuse of bonuses includes, but is not limited to, multiple accounts, collusion, manipulation of software, excessive delays in initiating game rounds, or strategies designed to exploit the bonus. Pin Up reserves the right to cancel bonuses and winnings, suspend or terminate accounts, and take other actions consistent with maintaining fair play. If, after investigation, abusive activity is found, all bonuses may be removed, winnings canceled, balances voided, and access terminated. In such circumstances, refunds of funds beyond the original deposit are not guaranteed.

12. Regional Availability and Access

Promotions may be restricted by country or jurisdiction. Pin Up determines eligibility for promotions in its sole discretion and reserves the right to enforce geographic restrictions as required by law or licensing constraints.

13. Audit, Amendments and Language

Pin Up reserves the right to audit game play and transaction logs to ensure compliance with bonus terms. The terms may be amended or terminated for legal or regulatory reasons, and the English version governs in case of inconsistencies with translations. Updates to terms will be communicated where feasible and become effective upon notice or at the stated effective date.

14. Governing Law and Finality

In any dispute regarding bonus terms, the decision of Pin Up management is final. The terms are governed by applicable law as required by regulatory licensing, and all disputes will be resolved in accordance with that governing framework.
