Self Exclusion
Scope and Purpose
Pin Up provides self-exclusion to support responsible gambling. This policy explains how you may exclude yourself from playing on Pin Up, the available exclusion periods, and the consequences for your account and activity.
Activation and Scope
To initiate self-exclusion, log in to Pin Up and navigate to the Self-Exclusion page. Select the exclusion period and confirm. Once activated, you will not be able to open a new Pin Up account during the exclusion window.
Available Exclusion Periods
- For residents of the United Kingdom: a minimum period of six months.
- For residents outside the United Kingdom: you may specify the duration, and the account will automatically reactivate after the selected period.
Effects and Forfeitures
During self-exclusion, access to all Pin Up products is prevented. Any existing entries in ongoing or upcoming promotions, draws, or noncash rewards granted prior to the exclusion and not yet redeemed are forfeited.
Cooling Off and Break Periods
UK residents may also request a cooling-off period in addition to or instead of full self-exclusion. Available cooling-off durations are 24 hours, 1 week, 3 weeks, or 6 weeks. The cooling-off period ends automatically and your account may be reactivated unless you extend or renew the exclusion.
Account Closure and Re-entry
We may close your Pin Up account if we reasonably believe continued gambling would cause financial or personal difficulties. You must not attempt to open a new account; re-entry is subject to verification and adherence to this policy.
Reactivation Process
UK residents: reactivation requires a manual request to customer support after the minimum exclusion period has elapsed. Non-UK residents: the account will automatically reactivate at the end of the exclusion period without further action, provided no new account creation attempts were made during the exclusion.
Support and Compliance
For assistance with self-exclusion or changes to your exclusion, contact Pin Up customer support. The process complies with applicable gambling laws, anti-money laundering requirements, KYC checks, and responsible gambling standards. Personal data related to self-exclusion is stored in accordance with the privacy policy and regulatory obligations.
